How It All Started

The idea for creating ShortlistedJobs.com sprawled from our own professional experiences when we were either trying to find a better place to continue and grow our careers or when we were trying to find the right candidate for a job opening. We realized how daunting this task is as a job seeker and how difficult it as an employer to pick out the right one and fearing the risk of investing time and resources on the wrong new hire.

Luckily we are a group of like-minded individuals that experienced the same troublesome ordeal in finding new jobs and hiring new employees that came together and decided to create our own solution to resolve the predicament of how job seekers and employers can find each other with no fees, no charges nor credit cards to cancel solution for either one on a neutral platform of fair and unbiased choices.

Fast forward to 2020, ShortlistedJobs.com was created on these ideals and with the goal of making it easier for both job seekers and employers to find each other by providing them an easy to navigate platform where job seekers can find aggregated job postings from various employers, web resources, and job boards to make it possible for a job seeker to find a job they love and for employers to share their job postings and open job vacancies without spending a buck together with tools that can help narrow down the right job candidate for their new hire.
